  • Like all skincare, our products have an expiry date. Once opened, Gaia Glow is best enjoyed within 6 months. Look for the open-jar symbol on your bottle and packaging for guidance.

  • Our products are proudly made in Australia in a state-of-the-art facility operating under GMP and ISO 22716 standards. Every batch is produced to the highest quality and safety standards while using carefully sourced ingredients from Greece.

  • Gaia Glow has been formulated for all skin types. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page. If you have particularly sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before first use.

  • Unfortunately, we're unable to change a shipping address once an order has been placed. If your parcel is returned to us, we'll happily arrange a replacement shipment or process a refund where applicable.

    Please note we cannot refund or replace orders that have already been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Due to the nature of our skincare products, all orders are considered final sale. However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, we'll absolutely make it right.

  • Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@paralia.com.au with:

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

    If your item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged on arrival, we'll arrange either a replacement or a refund.

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method (excluding outbound shipping costs where applicable), or we'll arrange a replacement. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after inspection.

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind
    • Sale items
    • Product preferences unrelated to product quality
    • Items that have been used (unless confirmed faulty)
