Yes — Gaia Glow is formulated with naturally derived ingredients, including cold-pressed Greek olive oil and marine botanicals.

Yes — every Paralia formula is developed from the ground up, using thoughtfully selected ingredients chosen for their purpose, quality, and performance.

Yes — all skincare products have an expiry date. Once opened, Gaia Glow is best used within 6 months. Look for the open-jar symbol on your packaging.

In Australia — crafted in a GMP ISO 22716 certified facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Gaia Glow has been developed to suit all skin types. All Paralia products are created in partnership with our chemists, with full ingredient lists available on each product page. If you have any concerns, we always recommend doing a patch test before use.


Right now, Paralia ships across Australia. We’ll be expanding internationally soon — sign up for updates or DM us if you have any questions.

  • Standard shipping: $10 AUD (flat rate)
  • Express shipping: $14 AUD (flat rate)
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $85 AUD

Unfortunately, we’re unable to update the shipping address once an order has been placed. If your order is returned to us, we’re happy to resend it or provide a refund.

Please note that we cannot refund or replace orders that have been successfully delivered to the address originally provided.

Faulty item refunds — how it works

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@paralia.com.au, including your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos.

Refunds are only offered if your item is confirmed faulty or damaged on arrival. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging, unless the item was received damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed faulty. We recommend using a tracked service.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding outbound shipping), or arrange a replacement.

Refunds and replacements are processed within 5–7 business days.

What we don’t refund

We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, sale items, or preferences unrelated to product quality.
