  • Unfortunately, we cannot update the address on an order after it has been placed. In the event that your order is returned to us, we are happy to send a replacement or provide a refund.

    Please note that we cannot refund or replace orders that have been delivered to the address originally provided.

    Faulty item refunds — how it works


    1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at hello@paralia.com.au with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the fault.

    2. Refunds are only offered if your item is found to be faulty or damaged on arrival. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging, unless the item was received damaged. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is confirmed faulty or damaged on arrival. We recommend using a tracked service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

    3. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll refund the purchase amount to the original payment method (less any outbound shipping charges), or we’ll arrange a replacement. Refunds or replacements are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt/inspection.

    What we don’t refund

    We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sale items, or preferences unrelated to product quality.
